WE CAN’T WAIT TO OPEN OUR DOORS TO VISITORS WHO WANT TO EXPERIENCE A CONVIVIAL COOKING CLASS AND DINING EXPERIENCE.
Fridays at the Farm is a day of cooking, learning and tasting. You’ll go home inspired and refreshed! Our students are drawn together by a shared love of food, wine, farm-fresh cocktails and the allure of Round Top! This program includes a two-hour hands-on cooking class in our farm kitchen and a wine-paired lunch.
EXPERIENCE KITCHENETTE FARM
In our teaching kitchen, you’ll tie on a Kitchenette apron, then we will talk through the day’s menu. We will demonstrate culinary techniques, knife skills, share useful tips and favorite ingredients. Then everyone gets to work in the hands-on class.
Once the cooking commences, aprons come off, and we’ll head to the screened-in porch for a leisurely lunch paired with wine. We can’t wait for you to experience Kitchenette Farm.
