Prosecco Pomegranate Spritz

Quick to mix and with a festive color, these are a perfect holiday aperitif.

  • 3 ounces chilled prosecco
  • 3 ounces chilled pomegranate juice
  • Optional garnishes: Lime twists pomegranate seeds, rosemary sprigs, sugar to dip the rims


  • Combine the prosecco and pomegranate juice in a champagne flute. I like to add the prosecco first so the bubbles have a chance to settle. If you'd like to make a larger batch in a punch bowl, use equal parts sparkling wine and juice. Spanish cava, champagne and prosecco all work well in this refreshing and colorful cocktail.
