Herbed Yogurt Sauce

This tangy yogurt sauce is perfect with lamb meatballs, grilled chicken or roasted salmon.

  • One 8-ounce container non-fat or low-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons milk non-fat, low-fat or whole milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Fresh ground pepper


  • In a small bowl, mix the yogurt with the dill and garlic; stir in the milk and season with salt and pepper. Serve at room temperature.
