Herbed Yogurt Sauce
This tangy yogurt sauce is perfect with lamb meatballs, grilled chicken or roasted salmon.
- One 8-ounce container non-fat or low-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons milk (non-fat, low-fat or whole milk)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Fresh ground pepper
- In a small bowl, mix the yogurt with the dill and garlic; stir in the milk and season with salt and pepper. Serve at room temperature.
