Equipment

  • 1 High-powered blender

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop plain protein powder
  • 1 cup water or unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 packet frozen coconut
  • 1/2-3/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup spinach leaves lightly packed
  • 1/4 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 scoop ice

Instructions

  • Blend everything together in a high-powered blender. If you need to thin things out, add more water.

Notes

+ I use plain grass-fed whey protein isolate, but you can use your favorite protein powder. 
+ The nutritional calculation is with chia seeds, but use hemp seeds if you want. 
+ Boost the protein even more with extra Greek yogurt!
