- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 packet frozen coconut
- 1/2-3/4 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup spinach leaves lightly packed
- 1/4 cup frozen riced cauliflower
- 1/4 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 scoop ice
