Staag Tea Kettle (so excited this went on sale!) or this less expensive water kettle
Breville Toaster Oven or this Cuisinart option with Air Fryer and Convection Oven Combo.
Beautiful Shun knives and this leather knife roll for when I cook away from home.
Dyson Cordless Vacuum (to store in my pantry for quick kitchen clean-up)
New non-stick egg pan (I’ve never cooked with these, but want to try them out. PSA: I only use my non-stick pans for eggs, I prefer to cook everything else in regular All-Clad skillets.)
Tossware plastic glasses for picnics and poolside (they say dishwasher safe, but I hand wash)
Ooni Pizza Oven (I’m watching closely to see if this goes on sale.)

Staub Baking Pans (I have this set and use it all the time. You might recognize some of the items in photos from my cookbook!)
Air Fryer (I have the Philips Air Fryer, but the Cosori is a great deal!)

KitchenAid 5-quart stand mixer (I bought this last year on Prime Day and love it!)

Small white enamel sheet pans (my go-to for marinating meat, wrangling ingredients for online classes and sheetpan dinners for two)
Flour sack towels and bar mop towels (I like purchasing these in all white so they can be bleached)
