Friday Love List
- Spring Break just ended, but my mind is already on summer! And if you know a high school senior or college student, I have the BEST gift lined up for you. My friend Katie Morford’s newest cookbook PREP is the perfect addition to any college dorm room or apartment. – Marcia
- When Marcia wrote about dusting off her Vitamix last week, it made me think of my new favorite kitchen find, the Cuisinart Smart Stick Two Speed Hand-Blender. This immersion blender is cordless and rechargeable, with attachments like a whisk (hello homemade whipped cream!). Game changer for blended soups and mashed potatoes. – Melissa
- While shopping for an Emile Henry casserole dishes online, my friend Georgia introduced me to the Amazon “used” tab. Used, in this case, actually means a slightly damaged box, not a used pan or dish. Mind blown! Off to shop for my next kitchen bargain. – Melissa
- My oldest daughter just watched the Eating Animals documentary and there were many, many tears shed. Check out some of the powerful food documentaries on Netflix to make yourself a more conscious consumer, such as Food Inc. or In Defense of Food. Once you watch one of these, you’ll whole heartedly understand why I love ordering my meat from Five Mary’s Farm or Yonder Way. – Marcia
- I’ve recently connected with the creators of the Oliver Guide, and subsequently realized we’re all University of Colorado grads and know a million people in common. Well, maybe not quite a million, but close. Cozy up and read their travel guides before planning your next getaway. This one on taking a family bike trip through the Dolomites has my wheels turning. Your next vacation fact-finding mission should start here. – Marcia

Hi Laura! My assistant had to show me how to find it!
https://www.amazon.com/b?node=10158976011
It’s also on each individual item if you scroll down under the description, it will say “used & new” and will link to used or damaged products.
Let me know if you have questions!!
