Fridays at the Farm
We’ve announced our winter 2022 dates for Fridays at the Farm. Cooking spots are open! Venmo $200 to @Smartinthekitchen and be sure to note your preferred class date and email for confirmation. 12 attendees maximum, and spots will go fast. Seasonal menus and wine-paired sit down lunch. Kitchen Reboot
It happens only twice a year, and it’s coming up in January! Save your spot for our kitchen clean out and reorganization pep-talk with a step-by-step how-to. It’s a free class that’s my gift to you. We’ll share a checklist of kitchen maintenance to-dos and our favorite kitchen organization equipment. Let’s Kondo our kitchens and get ready for healthy eating in 2022!

Smart Sheet Pan Suppers
Cook with me for four days on Zoom and receive a class recording each day you can save and replay. We’ll cook up some amazing one-dish wonders with simple clean-up — healthy, easy, and delicious! Jan 25 at 12 pm CST, Jan 26 at 5:30 pm CST, January 27 at 12 pm CST, and Jan 28 at 12 pm CST. A full list of class recipes, link to sign up and details are here. You’ll end the week with about 35 new weeknight one-hit wonders under your belt!
Basics Course! 10 spots left!
Our 6-week basics class is kicking off again on January 26 after a long hiatus!!! We will meet in my Tanglewood kitchen every Wednesday from 11 am-1:30 pm for 6 weeks, culminating in a celebration lunch. ONLY 12 SPOTS ARE AVAILABLE. To register, respond to this email with your full name and I’ll send an invoice. Class cost is $1250 and includes professional knife sharpening, an embroidered class apron, recipe binder, and tote bag along with lifetime access to my online knife skills course. We will have optional “field trips” to visit a restaurant supply store and maybe another fun surprise!
Each Class Please:
